 Our group home employs trained and experienced staff, including certified behavior analysts, licensed professionals, and direct support workers who specialize in managing challenging behaviors if they arise. Staff are also trained in crisis management, de-escalation techniques, and the use of positive behavioral interventions.

• A tour of the facility and introduction to staff
• Ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration
