Jalaneia’s career journey began with a strong foundation in administrative and customer service roles, where she gained valuable experience in managing operations, team coordination, and client relationships. She started her career as an Administrative Assistant at Hope Unlimited People Services, LLC, where she provided critical support in various administrative functions such as document management, correspondence handling, policy creation, and staff meetings. Her role also included overseeing intakes, resolving non-compliance issues, and acting as a liaison between staff, clients, and government officials. Jalaneia’s attention to detail and dedication to compliance helped streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

In addition to her administrative work, Jalaneia has experience in the customer service and education sectors. Her time as a Substitute Teacher with Lake County School Board further honed her ability to communicate effectively and adapt to various situations, which she now applies in managing diverse teams and ensuring residents' needs are met at Guions Professional Services.

Coleste Moore is a compassionate and dedicated advocate for women and children who have experienced domestic violence, drug abuse, homelessness, and other forms of abuse. With over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health and social services field, Coleste has made it her life's mission to help individuals find hope, healing, and empowerment.

As the owner and founder of her nonprofit organization, Coleste has created a safe, supportive environment where women and children facing life’s toughest challenges can rebuild their lives. Through her leadership, the nonprofit provides essential services such as safe housing, counseling, job training, and mentorship, helping those in crisis break free from cycles of violence, addiction, and neglect.

Coleste’s career began as a childcare provider, where she developed an early passion for working with vulnerable individuals. She later transitioned into the behavioral health field, serving as a Mental/Behavioral Technician at Sunrise Arc, where she worked with patients to support their rehabilitation and well-being. In 2009, Coleste became a Group Home Behavioral Specialist/Supervisor at Hope Unlimited People Services, LLC, where she supervised medication administration, tracked behavioral issues, and worked with medical staff to create therapeutic activities for residents.

Coleste is a certified Behavioral Technician and holds certifications in CPR and First Aid. Her extensive experience and knowledge of patient care and behavioral needs have shaped her approach to providing personalized, compassionate care for each individual. Her strong leadership and interpersonal skills help her foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff, ensuring that everyone feels heard and supported.

Through her nonprofit, Coleste remains deeply committed to the well-being of those she serves, with a focus on empowering women and children to reclaim their independence and find lasting peace.
